This morning I decided to treat myself and got a small decaf iced coffee with skim milk. Just to give a CLEAR picture, I am 9 months pregnant. When I pull around to pay there is a morbidly obese lady working the window that greets me. She seems friendly. She is CLEARLY more then 2 of me even being 9 months along and has the audacity to say to me, "You know, your really shouldn't be drinking that". Seriously??

After a wonderful engagement weekend my fiance and I stopped by this Dunkin Donuts to get breakfast before hitting the road. The service was by far the worst I have ever had. The girl at the counter was rude and looked like she hated life itself. She was not helpful and of the 3 things we ordered they only had one of them and we had to change our order 3 times. When we finally got our food my fiance described it as "Dog Food that even a dog may not eat". It was a simple egg, cheese, and bacon on a stale bagel. but we got one slice of bacon (thin and greasy) and the egg didn't even fill out the sides of the bagel. And it tasted greasy, bland and awful. If it wasn't for the fact we were both in high spirits from our weekend we would have made a fuss.... but I will not be going back there again, and I will avoid all Dunkin Donuts food. The iced coffee was the only thing we had that was tasty :)

Frequent this location for past two years, I suppose Im a glutton for punishment, sometimes its good, but more often than not they mess up orders. Drive thru staff often seem aloof and can never remember my order. Have to repeat myself 3-4 times when ordering. They are always out of stock of the items I go there for. When ordering a medium Iced Coffee, with EXTRA cream and EXTRA sugar, I often get no sugar resulting in a drink that resembles the taste of an old ashtray. The Dunkin on HWY 78 is awesome, steer clear of this poop .

I expect most Dunkin' Donuts stores to be the same- although, this one really brings them down. Their morning staff is rude and have zero respect for the customer. My order usually has to be repeated two or more times as they are not listening- and each time they say it back to confirm, it is not even close. When I finally do get my order, it is wrong. They aren't very knowledgeable on their products, either. Me: "Does the egg in the egg sandwich have pepper on it?" Cashier: "I'm not sure" Me: "Is there a way to check?" After waiting a few minutes, another employee came over and informed me that it was in fact a pepper fried egg and they do not offer a non-peppered egg (as they previously did) She was quite rude to me and made me feel silly in even asking the question. I do not care for pepper and I always saw it being put on in the commercials- so I was curious as their menu does not say "peppered egg" If you are in a hurry, I wouldn't recommend this location. They are very slow, never get anything correct and are rude.

Terrible service in the drive through. Drove around and went in. No ac inside. 1 star because I can't give 0. Would rather go anywhere else and that sucks because we love your coffee. Try hiring people who aren't lazy and ignorant.

Arrived at 6:15am; they had been open since 5. One other customer and I waited 10 minutes for someone to take our orders at the register. Came to buy two dozen doughnuts for the office, only got 12 because their selection was pitiful. About half the rack was empty without any cream or jelly fillings. Absolutely the worst coffee I've ever had. Crazy bitter! Must have been left out all night or burn to a crisp.

This place is dirty. Staff is slow. We have been here 10 mins and have not gotten our food yet. And this place isn't even busy! There are bugs crawling behind the coffee machine. I can't believe I am about to eat something from this place. Need to find a different DD!!

Dunkin' is Dunkin'. About all the same. Same donuts, same coffee (I like the coffee in a box), and same ol' attitudes. Not super clean, but not dirty either. Avg cust service.......(got bored finishing this). (P.S.-Self, this is now your shortest review.)

Horrible coffee. Toilet water taste. Yes, I know what that's like. Horrible service. Me: what time do you close? Older black lady manager to the young white girl: when I turn off the lights. White girl to me: when she turns off the lights. Me: no, really. What time do you close? Lady: when I close these registers. Uh, about 30 minutes. Dunkin Donuts guy from the commercial: if you're out there, shut this place down. Now.

I go here often because they are much faster than the green gal around the corner. I also love Dunkin Donuts because they are reasonably priced. I go to this location a few times a week and the lady at the window always seems to enjoy getting my coffee and making sure its perfect. She's a perfect person to work at a coffee restaurant.
